How we work
Three principles, always
The consultation comes first
Always, and it costs nothing. We look at your face in person and say what makes sense and what doesn't. Often the answer is "less than you thought".
Published prices
Every treatment page carries its price, in euros. What you see is what you pay; the figure is confirmed before any decision.
Two languages
Consultations, consent forms and aftercare instructions in English and Portuguese. Living in Lisbon without Portuguese changes nothing.
The clinic
Cosmo Clinic is on Rua Filipe Folque, n.º 30 C, a few minutes from Saldanha metro. It is a small clinic: the team knows each person by name, and nobody sells you anything at reception.
A well-treated face doesn't show. What shows is a rested face.
That is the test for everything we do. We are registered with the Entidade Reguladora da Saúde: the number, the licence and the Clinical Director are in the footer of every page. The photographs of the clinic and the team are our own; we don't use stock images.

Your first visit
Book
By phone, WhatsApp or the form. We reply the same working day.
Talk
20 to 30 minutes with the clinical team. Your face at rest and in motion, and what bothers you.
A written plan
What makes sense, what doesn't, and what it costs. Sometimes the answer is "not yet".
Decide in your own time
Treat another day or, in some cases, the same visit. Nobody rushes you.
