What nose filler does not do is make the nose smaller. It adds, it does not remove. That is why the consultation decides: some noses change their whole profile with 0.5 ml, and for others the right answer is a rhinoplasty. We tell you which is yours.

What changes with rinofiller
A dense hyaluronic acid gel placed on bone and cartilage, on the midline of the nose. It fills above and below a bump so the profile reads straight, and a little at the tip lifts it. It adds; it does not remove. It cannot make a nose smaller.

Why it looks natural
A nose changes with tenths of a millilitre, so the plan is small amounts of a dense gel, placed slowly on the midline, on bone and cartilage. It fills above and below the bump so the profile reads straight; it never adds enough to read as a new nose. The area's vessels are one more reason the amount stays small and the pace slow.

Does it make the nose smaller?
No. The gel adds volume where it is missing so the profile reads straight: above and below the bump, at the tip. The nose becomes more balanced, though not smaller.
Is it permanent?
No. It lasts 10 to 14 months and is absorbed. It is also reversible with hyaluronidase if you need it.
Will my nose be swollen?
Light swelling for 2 or 3 days and sometimes a bruise at the base. After two weeks you see the final result.
Does it replace rhinoplasty?
For a bump, a dropping tip and slight asymmetries, yes. For a wide nose, a large tip or a breathing problem, no. At the consultation we tell you whether it makes sense for you.

What are the risks?
The nose has important vessels, which is why nose filler needs technique: a small amount, on the midline, with the right gel. Bruising and swelling are common and pass. Serious risks are rare and are avoided by the plan and the technique.
Can I have it if I have had nose surgery?
It depends on the surgery and how long ago. An operated nose has altered circulation and asks for more caution. We assess case by case.
