The consultation, the questions you want to ask, the consent form you sign, the aftercare instructions you take home and the WhatsApp thread afterwards. All of it in English, with the clinical team, not through a translator. You are never asked to sign anything you have not fully understood, and you are never handed a leaflet you cannot read.

Many of our patients live in Lisbon and do not speak Portuguese. They get exactly the same clinic: the same published prices, the same free assessment consultation, the same written plan.

Why this matters more than it sounds

Aesthetic medicine runs on nuance. The difference between the result you want and the result you fear lives in small words: "subtle", "rested", "just the corner". When the conversation happens in your own language, you can be precise about what bothers you, and we can be precise about what makes sense, what does not, and what it costs. That conversation is the treatment plan.

How it works

Book by WhatsApp, email or the form on this page. We answer the same working day, in English. The first visit is a 20 to 30 minute assessment consultation at no cost: your face at rest and in motion, what bothers you, and a written plan with prices, or the honest news that you do not need anything yet. If you decide to go ahead, treatment is booked for another day or, in some cases, done in the same visit. Nobody rushes you.

What people ask for

Botulinum toxin for forehead and frown lines (from €150), lip filler (€189 for 1 ml), fillers for jawline, chin and under-eyes, and skin treatments for texture and glow. Every treatment page carries its price; the final figure is confirmed at the consultation, before anything is decided.
