Chin filler
The chin decides the profile. A receding chin makes the nose look bigger, shortens the neck and leaves the mouth without support. With hyaluronic acid you add projection forward, length downward or symmetry between the two sides, without an implant and without surgery.
It is one of the treatments with the most effect per millilitre. A chin that gains 3 or 4 millimetres changes the whole profile. At the consultation we look at the face from the side, the relationship between chin, lips and nose, and whether the issue is projection, length or both.
The session takes 30 minutes. It costs €299 per millilitre. It lasts 12 to 18 months.

Why it looks natural
Three or four millimetres of projection change a whole profile, and that is also how little it takes to overdo one. The gel is dense and sits on the bone, so it reads as structure, not swelling. And the design is personal: men usually ask for a wider, more projected chin, women for a narrower, longer one. One millilitre first, reassessed at 4 weeks, keeps the change inside your face's logic.

Does it replace surgery?
For most receding chins, yes: 1 to 2 millilitres give the projection that is missing. A very short chin, with the bone clearly set back, responds better to surgery. We tell you which case is yours.
How much product is needed?
Often 1 millilitre. A larger recession may need 2. We prefer to place 1 and assess at 4 weeks.
Does it help a double chin?
It helps. A chin with more projection stretches the skin beneath it and the double chin shows less. If fat is the main issue, this is not the treatment.
How long does it last?
Between 12 and 18 months. Little movement, dense gel.
Is it more for men or women?
Both. Men usually want a wider, more projected chin; women a narrower, longer one. The technique is the same, the design is different.
Does it hurt?
Numbing cream and lidocaine in the gel. You feel pressure and some stretching, which passes in minutes.
Does it correct asymmetry?
Yes. It is one of the most frequent uses: one side shorter or further back than the other. It is treated with different amounts on each side.
