How to choose the right filler for your face
Hyaluronic acid fillers restore volume and soften folds. Each area calls for its own gel density and elasticity: the product used along a jawline is not the one used in lips or under the eyes. That is why the choice starts with a clinical assessment.
By facial area
For volume and definition: lips, cheekbones, jawline and chin. To soften folds and shadows: under-eye, nasolabial folds, marionette lines and barcode lines. For profile harmonisation: nose filler (non-surgical rhinoplasty) and temples.
The essentials of hyaluronic acid
Hyaluronic acid occurs naturally in the skin, which makes it biocompatible. If ever needed, it can be dissolved with hyaluronidase. The shape is visible right after the session and settles over the following days as swelling subsides. How long do dermal fillers last?
Dermal fillers with hyaluronic acid typically last 4 to 18 months depending on the area. Lip fillers last 4–6 months, while cheek and jawline fillers can last 12–18 months. High-movement areas metabolize product faster.
Are dermal fillers safe?

What's the difference between lip filler and cheek filler?

Is lip filler painful?
Lip filler is well-tolerated. We apply numbing cream before treatment, and the filler products contain built-in anaesthetic. Most patients describe a mild pressure sensation that subsides immediately after the procedure.
Can fillers be reversed?
Yes. Hyaluronic acid fillers can be dissolved with hyaluronidase, an enzyme that safely breaks down the filler within 24-48 hours. This reversibility makes hyaluronic acid fillers one of the safest options in aesthetic medicine.
